Job Summary:

  • Daily mailroom operations


Essential Functions and Tasks:

  • Operate mail Collating and postage equipment with accountability

  • Report and log all mailroom equipment mechanical and software issues

  • Print, collate and mail patient bills on a daily basis

  • Print, sort and deliver new HCFA’S

  • Collect PO Box mail daily and sort

  • Returned mail processing/re-billing, bad bill sorting

  • Monitor shredding bins volume and replacement as necessary

  • Operate company vehicle as Ventra Health courier when needed

  • Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of vehicle

  • Weekly check of office generator

  • Assist correspondence department where needed


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Past mailroom experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Ability to operate mailroom equipment

  • Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, and well disciplined

  • Good computer skills with Excel, Word, E-mail, and Scanning Software

  • Must maintain valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and have a good, clean driving record
