The Vice President of Client Success is responsible for the development and management of services provided, ensuring that the delivery of programs, projects and the account financials meet or exceed the expectations of Ventra Health and clients. This position also monitors and improves client satisfaction, program efficiency, program growth, expansion of services, risk management, and compliance.

- The Senior Accountant, Practice Management performs daily routines related to accounts payable, payroll, and preparation of various accounting statements and reports for client(s). This position requires superb judgment and the ability to exercise tact and discretion. Must be an advanced user in QB and have payroll experience. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic team player who demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and have excellent customer service skills. The Senior Accountant must also be able to perform duties with minimal oversight
- The Credit Balance QA Specialist is responsible for performing quality review to ensure that credit balances are correct prior to a refund being queued. The Credit Balance QA Specialist will also handle escalations from Client Success, Customer Service and Global staff. The person who holds this position will perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
- The Revenue Cycle Manager (“RCM”) is responsible for the management of the accounts receivable (“AR”) of Ventra Health's clients. This person works closely with the Director, Revenue Cycle Management (“Director, RCM”) in overseeing operational processes, personnel, and administrative functions in order to provide superior AR management services. This position ensures client satisfaction by executing the strategic business plan while leading their team
- The Senior Manager, Provider Enrollment & Credentialing oversees the Provider Enrollment & Credentialing department and is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for this team.
