Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associates Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- One or more years’ experience in Accounting/Finance department
- Proficient in QuickBooks required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in team environment and with confidential data
- Base Compensation for this position: $40,000 - $65,000 annually
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons
- This position is also eligible for discretionary performance bonuses in accordance with company policies
