Job Summary

  • The Manager, Credential Stream/HealthStream Product Owner collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and strategy and ensures that the software meets the Provider Enrollment operational and client needs.

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Define and manage the CredentialStream product vision and strategy based on Service Delivery and Provider Enrollment stakeholder needs.
  • Create and prioritize a product backlog, features and requirements that align with the product vision and goals, and continue to refine enhancements based on evolving business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Verity requirements discussions with vendor and facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts as appropriate.
  • Complete testing of Verity functionality, enhancements etc., and coordinate feedback loop with Enterprise Training to ensure the training curriculum aligns to implemented process improvements.
  • Manage the CredentialStream data loads, user management and software permissions.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders as needed on Credential Stream software integrations, reporting and system analytics.
  • Other special projects or duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  •   High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent training and/or experience preferred.
  • At least five (5) years of physician billing, hospital billing, or vendor management experience in provider enrollment functions.
  • At least two (2) years of HealthStream product management experience or other equivalent provider enrollment software experience preferred.
  • Experience with CAQH database, NPI website and maintaining EDI, EFT, and ERA processes preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation for this position: $88,000 - $100,000 annually 

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons 

  • This position is also eligible for discretionary performance bonuses in accordance with company policies
