Supervisor, Front End Data Validation

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor, Front End Data Validation to lead a dedicated team responsible for validating insurance data, monitoring mapping accuracy and continuously improving data validation processes for our Radiology business unit. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of insurance data structures and quality assurance methodologies to drive operational excellence.

• Supervise, mentor and develop a team of data validation specialists
• Assign workloads, set priorities and ensure on-time completion of validation tasks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Track team KPIs (e.g. accuracy rate, turnaround time, error reduction) and report on performance metrics.
• Design and document standardized procedures, checklists and validation templates.
• Champion automation and tooling opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with insurance data.

• Working knowledge of medical terminology and legal aspects of health information
• Strong understanding of insurance data elements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies
• Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner
• Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment
• Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner
• Basic touch 10 key skills
• Basic Math skills
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills
