Manager, Financial Analysis (ESD Support – RCM Operations)

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Analysis to provide critical analytical support to our Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) team, which drives operational excellence across our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role will be deeply embedded with the ESD function, helping to transform data into insights and actions that improve performance, efficiency, and accountability.

• Partner directly with ESD leadership to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs and visualizations.
• Collect, compute, and analyze large data sets from various systems to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.
• Proactively identify trends, variances, and operational insights that can drive decision-making and performance improvements.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data is presented in a clear, actionable format.
• Build and manage tools in Excel and Smartsheet to support tracking, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Own the end-to-end data process—from ingestion to interpretation—and act as the go-to expert for operational financial analytics in support of RCM.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Previous RCM analysis experience in healthcare field preferred. 

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insight.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience supporting operational teams in a healthcare or RCM environment is preferred but not required.

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 

• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
