Job Summary

  • Ventra Health is seeking a steady and analytical Compensation Lead to play a key role in supporting the company’s global compensation initiatives. This position involves analyzing compensation data, benchmarking industry standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and designing programs that align with our company’s strategic goals across the United States, Philippines, and India. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compensation programs and a passion for developing equitable and competitive pay structures in a global environment.

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Manage the accurate and timely consolidation of compensation data from multiple sources, ensuring its alignment with organizational policies.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare detailed and consistent reports and dashboards to support decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with business partners and leaders to address compensation-related queries and provide guidance on pay strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support the annual merit review cycle, including data preparation, consolidation, and analysis for multiple geographies.
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation-related statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating job evaluations, job descriptions, salary structures, and pay ranges as needed.
  • Participate in the development and execution of global compensation philosophy and strategy initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role, preferably in a global organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with compensation management tools (e.g. Salary.com/CompAnalyst) or HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations in United States, Philippines, and India markets preferred.
