Job Summary

  • Directs the organization's sales support function, providing advice and consultative support during the sale of complex deals. Manages pricing function, sales territories, and CRM.  Owns weekly sales team reporting and strategy development in concert with sales producers

Essential Functions and Tasks

Sales Support

  • Understanding the overall market, competitors, and available technologies
  • Work closely with stakeholders (such as Sales Team, Implementation, and the Client Success team) to understand needs and priorities
  • Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions – then work with product marketing to package offerings for the sales team
  • Set and enforce policy with Senior Leadership on pricing strategy
  • Enforce account plan development and maintenance with appropriate teams (Client Success/Sales)
  • Travel as needed to support sales team and reporting
  • Perform quality audits of producers as directed

Analytics and Strategy

  • Monitor internal sales metrics (time to close, time to develop, cost of acquisition, close success from each defined stage, etc.) and prepare data for multi-audience presentation
  • Maintain timely communication with individual producers and guide them on trends in their OKRs
  • Provide feedback about team performance to sales and company leadership
  • Strategize with each sales producer and leadership on driving business
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed in support of Sales and Marketing
  • Own Sales Methodology/Sales Playbook training and execution

Technology

  • Own administration of CRM, including training and database maintenance
  • Act as a product champion externally and internally in support of sales channels
  • Aid leadership in selection and implementation of new CRM
  • Lead a prioritization process to accept changes to the sales process, and own communication of changes to sales producers

Education and Experience Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent experience in related field required
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Experience planning, developing, and/or implementing sales/GTM strategy and rapid execution with new sales organization
  • End-to-End system administration and management skills
  • Strong technical background with a knowledge of CRMs, Billing Technology, and Service offerings in the hospital-based specialty arena
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 10+ years sales/operations management experience
  • Preferably experienced in healthcare technology in a commercial setting
  • Enthusiastic about new technology and its transformational abilities

  • Knowledge of structured deployment and Process Improvement approaches experience in a hybrid environment (agile/lean six/waterfall)

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
